I know that figuring out the best way to eat can feel so overwhelming especially when you are low on time and energy and don’t even really enjoy the healthy food you are eating.

Between hearing conflicting information about what the “right” foods are, to finding the time you just don’t seem to have to cook tasty, healthy meals, it’s enough to drive a sane woman mad!

It feels like getting your nutrition all figured out just takes too much time and energy that you just don’t have.

The frustration is totally understandable. The dieting industry perpetuates restrictive meal plans that are unsustainable. We are constantly gathering information but never implementing it.

Plus, if we are honest, a lot of “healthy” food doesn’t even taste that good. Meals often require tons of prep time, and everything feels more complicated than it should be.

No wonder so many of us end up just tossing in the towel and making poor nutrition choices because doing it perfectly feels impossible!

I feel obligated to create a final simple nutrition program for women, The 8-week Streamlined Nutrition Solution, something you can do forever. Together we will develop a way of eating that tastes good and gives you results- not just for the 8 weeks we work together, but for the rest of your life!

Hey there, I’m Carolyn!  I’ve worked with hundreds of women over the last 13 years as a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist to help them streamline their nutrition to look and feel their best. As a result of all the work I have done, I know how much busy women struggle with finding quick, low stress ways to eat well. My nutrition philosophy is that healthy eating should taste GOOD and doesn’t have to take tons of ingredients, time or stress!

What exactly is Streamlined Nutrition Solution Coaching? 

  • This is a high access, individualized 1:1 and small group coaching program, where I am looking to work with just 10 committed women who are sick of feeling overwhelmed, frustrated and constantly starting over.
  • The coaching program will begin on November 7th and run for 8 weeks.
  • It’s not by accident that I will be coaching you through the holidays, the busiest time of the year for most of us. When you are eating in an effortless way that is right way for you, it doesn’t matter what life throws at you. You trust yourself enough and enjoy the process so that holidays, vacations or unexpected events don’t throw you off course.
  • It’s a final nutrition solution that teaches you how to figure out what works for your body and what you will be able to do long term.
What’s included?
  • Four 1-1 coaching calls to get an intake of where you are at and create a customized nutrition plan for your unique goals, lifestyle and individualized metabolism. I know you are busy so we will jump on the phone for quick check ins and trouble shoot the exact struggles that you are having in real time. These calls are where we get to dive in deeper, take the principles we will be covering in the weekly nutrition modules and fine tune them to find a way of eating that works uniquely for you.
    • Weekly Nutrition Modules that we will be covering:
      • How to be a Diet Detective: staying curious to figure out what works for your unique body
      • Nutrition Essentials: finding your unique key elements to an effortless diet
      • How to stop night-time eating: practical tools to implement when willpower is low
      • Food as Fuel: everything you need to know about pre/post workout nutrition
      • How to never binge again: practical tools to stop the all or nothing cycle
      • Where your mind goes the fork will follow: putting mindfulness into practice
      •  Slow down to speed up your metabolism: strategies to optimize your metabolism
      • Attachment: examining our role to food to stop being a slave to our stomachs
  • Closed private coaching community where I’ll be available for ongoing nutrition coaching so that you can get answers to your questions right away, connect with other women like you and stay accountable as you implement changes.
  • Weekly live trainings in our closed Facebook group where I will be teaching you the essential tools, tips and strategies for creating your unique nutrition blueprint. You can also use these times to ask me any of your nutrition questions while we are on live!
  • Weekly nutrition education delivered via email including recipes, tip sheets, videos, resources and inspiration to stay the course.
  • Ongoing resources will be added to our community group as needed – I can’t wait to share all my best stuff with you!

  • Someone who wants an exact meal plan that includes weighing and measuring everything you eat. We are not going to count calories or macros; I am all about moderation and finding an enjoyable and sustainable way to eat FOREVER.

Q: I don’t know if I have time to do a nutrition plan during the holidays?

A: This is what will make your life easier rather than harder! I will be teaching you practical tools to navigate tricky eating situations and how to stay consistent with eating well even during the busiest of times. The goal is to make your diet one of the easiest parts of your life.

Q: I have a family, will this work for them too or will I have to be cooking separate meals?

A: Our work together will absolutely help your entire family! The meals and ideas we come up with together will be useful for your entire family, you will not (and should not) have to cook separate meals for your kids or partners.

Q: Will I have to spend a lot of money on healthy food?

A: Absolutely not! Healthy eating does not need to cost a lot of money or require tons of fancy ingredients. I will customize a healthy eating plan for you to match your budget. Many of my clients have been pleasantly surprised with how easy it is to put together a shopping list that doesn’t break the bank and sets them up for success.

Q: Do I have to take any special nutrition supplements or shakes?

A: No. I am not promoting any products or supplements and none are required with the meal plans that I suggest to my clients.

Q: I don’t know what to do with my exercise, will this help?

A: Because I will be coaching in the closed Facebook group, I will be able to answer general questions about exercise but I will not be able to customize workouts for every participant. If you are interested in customized weekly workouts, please feel free to reach out as I do offer that as a separate service that can be a great complement to the work you are doing on your diet.

Q: I need to lose weight, will this help?

A: Yes, but weight loss is not the primary goal of this program. I can never guarantee weight loss (no one can!) but I can tell you from previous experience with clients that weight loss is often a by product of being able to eat in an enjoyable and sustainable way.

Q: Is there a refund policy?

A: Because I am taking a limited number of women please have enough self awareness before committing. If you think you are on the fence, then please do not register. With that said I will honor a 100% refund within 14 days of start date.

Q: If I don’t live in the US can I still do this program?

A: Absolutely!! I’d love to work with you wherever you call home in the world. We can do our 1:1 calls via Skype, FaceTime or WhatsApp. I work with clients from all over the world and have gotten pretty good at coordinating time zones 😉
